Our store sells digital products only (such as game activation codes, subscriptions, and downloadable content). Delivery is considered completed once the product key or digital access has been successfully provided to the customer.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered and accessed.
However, as Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Each request will be reviewed and processed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be granted in situations including, but not limited to:
The product was not delivered
The product key is invalid or unusable
Duplicate purchases
Technical issues preventing proper use of the product
